We believe that in agriculture, especially in organic farming, monoculture practice is wrong for several reasons: environmental damage, difficulty of treating diseases and, in the economic level, result are often not satisfactory for the producer.
We have memories of the years when the land of Argolis was the "vegetable garden" of Greece and our parents worked the land up to three productions per year, depending on the seasons: tomatoes, watermelons, melons in the summer, eggplants, zucchinis, potatoes and olives in the autumn, cabbage and cauliflower in the winter, green beans, peas and broad beans in the spring. Even flowers were produced in the 60s.
The production procedure strictly follows the HACCP system while all our products are certified under the BIO-Hellas certification organisation.
